About the event
Join chef Barry Infuso of Slow Food of Southern AZ as he takes you through the steps to prepare this pillowy soft Italian classic holiday bread studded with fruit. You will leave the class with enough dough to prepare four (4) one pound loaves for friends and family. In addition you will receive: One Danish Whisk; the perfect mixing whisk for all your baking needs, a bench scraper, a six quart mixing bowl and bags to bake your bread at home and of course a laminated recipe.
