Holiday Tamales

A hands-on tamale making class at Casino del Sol. Chef Ryan Clark has arranged this special class for us. You will make a dozen tamales for yourself, and take home a dozen from the Casino's kitchen. $55 per person payable to Casino del Sol the day of the event.
