Here in our City of Gastronomy, we’re in the heart of the Sonoran Desert where Native American and Mexican traditions have created some of the most outstanding flavors in the Southwest.  

Chilies, mole sauces, prickly pear and saguaro fruit, citrus and peach orchards, wineries and ranches with grass-fed beef are just some of the raw local ingredients that make for a lively culinary mix.
